Most orders received by 2pm will be delivered next day by ParcelForce. Once your order is processed you will be sent full tracking details. (This may not be instant during busy periods.) You should also receive a text message overnight indicating your delivery time slot, usually a 1-hour window. If not convenient, you have the opportunity to change this. Larger items will be delivered by TNT. This also applies to goods sent across Europe.
